3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tablespoon nutmeg
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin (1 one pound can)
3 1/3 cups flour
1. Mix oil, eggs, water, pumpkin & sugar. Gradually add nutmeg, soda, salt & flour. Stir in nuts last.
2. Bake in greased & floured loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 1 large loaf & 3 mini's.
